I just bought a crystal ball to use as a prop for the Kelton House Rainbow Tea. Yeah, it’s kind of hokey, but after having grown up around a costume shop, I have to admit, I love the theatricality of it. I decided that since I spent the money for it, anyway, I might as well learn how to actually use it. In doing research for that, I learned some interesting things.
